The Care Provider
Our client is a compassionate NDIS allied health provider known for its core values and high care delivery standards whilst maintaining a fun and vibrant approach to daily operations.

The Role
Due to a recent development in their services, we are now seeking an Occupational Therapist with career experience across daily living skills to join a new service delivery team. This role comes with a direct opportunity for promotion based on succession to Clinical Team Leader (CTL)

The Candidate
As the lead Occupational Therapist, you will have direct career experience in the daily living skills area, you will enjoy working with clients and their families to achieve their goals and increase independence in the home and community.
Your role will also see you being committed to ongoing learning and willingness to educate and coach, fostering the continual development of your growing team To be considered, you must have / be:

  • Degree qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Full AHPRA registration
  • Career experience in daily living skills – essential
  • Home mods and AT, rehab, psycho-social – desirable
  • Confidence working within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Passion for improving the quality of life with disability.
  • Experience in the NDIS/disability is not essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
