Dentsu Programmatic is looking for a seasoned Programmatic Executive to join our Melbourne team!

A Programmatic Executive will be responsible for devising, delivering and optimising digital display & video campaigns to exceed targets for our clients. Reporting into the Programmatic Manager, you will work within paid media teams to help drive overall performance for our clients that utilise display & video channels to achieve conversion goals.


  • Ensure we deliver brilliant campaign execution for our clients from Activation, Measurement & Optimisation 
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Global and Australian digital marketing landscape, with focus on the display & video ecosystem.
  • Be at the forefront of Data Strategy – responsible for understanding how we can leverage the right technology and data partnerships to be able to connect disparate data sets, thereby creating highly personalised messaging at scale
  • Be at the forefront of display & video Strategy by having an unrivalled knowledge of our offering to produce a relevant and consistent experience across all different touch points
  • Be a trusted advisor to our clients, developing positive relationships that reflect true partnership in achieving the objectives of the client’s business

To qualify for this role, you must tick the boxes on the following:

  • 1 year plus proven digital experience 
  • Strong analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Should demonstrate passion for Digital Marketing
  • Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills
  • Knowledge of Google DV360, The Trade Desk and Google Campaign Manager 
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strategic thinker with advanced problem-solving skills and robust judgement
