We are looking for a Director of Partnerships to join our team in Melbourne HQ, responsible for the Global Partner Ecosystem, working with our regions across the world. 

The Director’s success will be driven by the demonstrated ability to develop, deploy and execute a Global Partner Ecosystem that defines the processes and systems to identify, qualify and onboard new partners. Additionally, the VP will govern the operational methodologies to ensure the sustainability of our partnerships. 

In this role you will:

  • Develop and operationalise Yellowfin’s Global Partner Ecosystem.
  • Work with regional leaders to identify, categorise, priories or rationalise existing partners.
  • Create an annual partner review and a contract renewal process.
  • Identify partner white space by region against the budget and develop a partner acquisition plan.
  • Create a new partner enablement program.
  • Utilise the latest Alliances and Partnerships best practices to iteratively renin the Global Partner Ecosystem

About you:

You will have demonstrated experience in the development and deployment of a sustainable Partner Ecosystem; be experienced with the models of working with partners such as Sell To, Sell With, Sell Through, Sell For, Co-innovate and Co-opetition; and be able to prioritise those partners that support our revenue growth strategy.

Skills and Experience:

  • Formal training and demonstrable equivalent experience in the development, deployment and operation of a Global Partner Ecosystem within similar markets Minimum of 8 years’ experience in software and/or technology solutions sales with partners.
  • Experience with analytics, data, databases, predictive modelling, or business intelligence.
  • Have worked in and across multiple regions including APAC, NA, EMEA, EASIA
  • Have an established network that will be utilised in the identification of new partners.
  • Bachelor's Degree with a technical or business focus is preferred.
