Provide outstanding 5-star concierge and customer service to guests while maintaining a professional, positive attitude and pristine surroundings.

The Company

Our client is a global consulting enterprise spanning across 19 different countries; they offer a range of corporate services to both SME and large corporations, including professional coaching and training, business advisory and consulting. The Role

Working within a small, professional and friendly Front of House team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional 5-Star reception and concierge service to members and visitors, while ensuring the immaculate presentation and efficient operation of the reception, co-working area, lounge and other areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and receive all visitors with a high level of professional service
  • Offer refreshments/coffee on arrival and direct guests to meeting rooms
  • Provide Concierge services including luggage storage, taxi bookings, additional services to go above and beyond
  • Answer incoming calls and address customer queries as required
  • Effectively manage the meeting room and conference room diaries
  • Manage mail and courier delivery services
  • Manage onsite car parking access and issue security passes
  • Ensure reception, meeting rooms, co-working and lounge areas are clean and tidy at all times
The Ideal Candidate
  • Experience in a similar Front of House position providing excellent customer service
  • Experience in Hospitality or Hotel industries, or high-end corporate environment
  • Well-presented and friendly with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer-oriented mind; goes above and beyond and takes initiative
  • Strong teamwork ethic and ability to work independently
  • Experience managing conflicting priorities and multiple tasks
