Regional Injury Manager - Southern Region

This role exists to support the implementation of an integrated injury management strategy across the region. The role will help the site teams in achieving a step change in their Injury Management and Workers Compensation performance.

Your goal is to deliver a reduction in workers’ compensation costs and exposure.

Key Responsibilities Will Be
  • The development and implementation of our return to work programs
  • Empower, coach and lead your team
  • Stay abreast of trends and innovations in this field
  • To optimise and embed injury management processes
  • To support the National Injury Manager
  • Analysing, monitoring and evaluating using data and insights
  • Review, design and implement any changes to existing Early Intervention / pre-claim initiatives to drive early injury recovery

Who we’re looking for

The Suitable Candidate Will Come With
  • A minimum of 5 years senior rehabilitation / injury management and workers compensation
  • Leadership skills - Proven development and mentoring capability
  • Drive - get results and create change
  • Ability to travel to multiple DCs
  • Proven experience in a similar role, across multiple locations
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Experience with innovative ideas and a history in bringing them to fruition
  • Tertiary Qualification in Applied Science or Equivalent
  • Ability to influence at all levels
