About the Role:

The Digital Content Producer will create, organise and manage content and digital projects on-and-off-site basis to support company growth. You’ll be responsible for the timely publishing of content that supports the objectives of the brand, acquisition, product, and customer experience teams.

You will have 3+ years experience in content creation, either with a publisher, agency or in-house. You’ll need excellent writing and editorial skills and an understanding of how to apply content strategies to day-to-day production. Experience of working with designers and social media would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Delivery

  • Work with our existing writer network and further develop it to manage workload and requests from multiple internal teams.
  • Take responsibility for all the content that is developed and published and ensure it is relevant, engaging for Compare Club members.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of all published items.
  • Timely publishing of content across advertorials, blogs, guides, websites, emails, videos, social media, press releases and any other relevant content.
  • Manage the content calendar and production schedule for day-to-day publishing and key events.
  • Creative and content ideation to support relevant internal team objectives.
  • Align content to overall marketing strategy and target segments, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance acquisition and brand objectives.
Brand Voice
  • Ensure adherence to Compare Club tone of voice.
  • Work with Senior Brand Manager and relevant internal leaders to ensure all content is clearly relevant to the targeted audience persona.
  • Use content to increase trust and preference in the Compare Club brand.
  • Ensure all content outputs clearly adhere to brand goals and objectives
Conversion rate & SEO
  • Work with product, UX, CRO and customer experience team to optimise member experience through all phases of the funnel.
  • Using content performance dashboards, identify areas of improvement through the member funnel.
  • Work with the SEO manager to brief out copy and ensure consistency, quality and accuracy of content.
  • Ensure SEO content is aligned to targets and goals.
  • Assist with building outreach program and developing copy for partner websites
Process Development:
  • Modify - and if necessary, develop - a set of robust processes to develop efficiency and scale across written, visual and video operations.
  • Regularly audit work produced to ensure it meets our best-in-class product and compliance needs.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices through networking and research.
Your Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience developing, creating, and editing content and executing content strategies.
  • Stakeholder management skills to ensure cross-team and senior management buy-in.
  • Time management: An ability to adjust to changing priorities and handle multiple projects at once.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Analytics tools experience (Google Analytics, Tableau)
  • Understanding of content production and distribution on social media platforms.
  • CMS management.
  • Journalism or agency experience
  • SEO experience
  • Experience working with designers and videographers
  • Technical skills including HTML and markdown files
