This is a phenomenal opportunity for a highly efficient and switched on Recruitment Coordinator to support the recruitment needs of this dominant real estate agency. Located in the heart of Sydney's inner city close to public transport, shops & restaurants, you will be working out of designer offices for an award winning real estate business at the forefront of the industry.

This role will see you working in a high performance environment where you will be keeping up with this high energy, busy pace and forward thinking business. You will play a critical role in the business, addressing the staffing needs of the business. This role does not involve any sales or prospecting - it is purely coordination and administrative, at a high level.

The Position

  • Develop job descriptions and creative go-to-market strategies.
  • Screen potential candidates and conduct interviews with key internal stakeholders.
  • Perform reference checks and maintain staff files.
  • Ensure candidate compatibility, both technically and culturally.
  • Welcome new team members and coordinate induction programs.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies.
  • Proactively spot and nurture relationships with top talent, developing a pool of future opportunity.
  • Track key recruitment data for reporting purposes
  • Collaborate with external HR partner and internal leadership team.

The Person

  • Recruitment experience in a fast-moving environment.
  • The ability to assess, evaluate, identify, and engage talent.
  • Confident and effective communication skills.
  • Interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • The ability to coordinate multiple people, projects, and initiatives.
  • Professionalism, business acumen, resilience, and tenacity.
