JOB DESCRIPTION

Robert Half are working with a national powerhouse in the Construction industry to source a Finance Office on a temporary basis for approximately 4 months assisting with a huge influx of workload, due current demand.

Reporting to the Corporate Accountant and Assistant Accountant, and sitting within a finance team of 5, you will be assisting with all aspects of Accounts Payable and Receivable, and your duties will include:

  • Matching invoices to purchase orders - processing around 500 per week.
  • Batch processing and reconciliation of supplier statements.
  • Chasing outstanding debt and generating outgoing invoices to clients.
  • Reconciliation of aged debtor report.
  • Management of both AP and AR inbox, responding to any queries in a timely manner.
  • Other ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role, covering both Accounts Payable and Receivable.
  • Strong ERP experience, ideally using SAP, but this is not essential.
  • Able to work in a high-volume environment, and adhere to deadlines.
  • Be a team player, have a sense of humour, and be a hard worker who is self-motived!!
