Your new company

Working with this Government Agency you will be working closely with the Senior Engineer and Technical officer resolving difficult issues across 5 local government areas across Queensland.

Your new role

In this short term engagement you will proactively engage with customers and stakeholders, coordinate and communicate with with customers in both written and verbal methods, consistently provide excellent customer service and engage with contractors to obtain quotes to deliver solutions to resolve customer com[plaints caused by network issues.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a track record of preparing complex correspondence
  • Interpersonal Skills and ability to network and build relationships
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with limited direction
  • Ability to use various basic computer software
