Combining technology innovations with service and industry expertise, Talent Propeller partners with businesses to provide end to end recruitment services from advertising strategy and campaign management, to shortlisting to candidate testing and onboarding.

We are breaking down the traditional "recruitment agency" model by being a fresh, dynamic and entrepreneurial business. We have offices in Melbourne, Auckland and now Queenstown and are looking to add to our Melbourne team based in Richmond.

We are looking for a vivacious person with a strong administration background, who is looking to build a career within the recruitment and advertising field.

A passion for engaging with people and an ability to "see" what others might miss will see you succeed in this role. Your main responsibility will be to complete phone interviews and reference checks, working alongside a Recruitment Partner to ensure our client's recruit as quickly and effectively as possible. A key part of this is your ability to connect with each person you speak with, putting them at ease and taking a genuine interest in learning about their professional history. It is a role that requires compassion, empathy, the ability to establish rapport quickly and a skill for asking the right questions at the right time.

If you are currently working as a Recruitment Consultant, we'd love to hear from you as well as we could move you directly into a Recruitment Partner role.

You need to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and ever-changing environment and want to work with a technology-focused, modern company. You will be passionate about delivering a great candidate experience as well as hands-on operational support to our Recruitment Partners in providing shortlists to clients.

Your key day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Review and screening of applications
  • Completing phone interviews
  • Performing reference checks
  • Facilitating skills and aptitude testing
