The Role
The unique value of the role is to
  • implement the supply chain management framework to deliver enhanced customer experience, lower repair cost, and effective governance across the intermediated insurance claims journey
  • lead the development of supply chain models that uplift or transform the intermediated insurance supply chain in alignment with key strategic priorities


Key Responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities to extend or tailor current supply chain models to drive improved customer or cost outcomes
  • Lead supply chain initiatives including supplier selection, negotiations, and contractual agreements for intermediated insurance bespoke categories
  • Lead the development of new supply chain models and initiatives to transform supply chain capability and performance
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders in the intermediated claims team and more broadly across the organisation
  • Identify and address risks arising from supply chain initiatives or processes
  • Maintain awareness and adherence to supplier selection, onboarding and procurement policies and governance requirements


Skills & Experience
  • Experience in insurance supply chain, claims operations and/or procurement
  • Proven track record in stakeholder engagement
  • Commercial acumen
  • Ability to manage ambiguity
  • Experience in commercial insurance (Desired)
  • Experience in industries related to intermediated insurance supply chain (e.g. construction, insurance broking, loss adjusting, agriculture) (Desired)
