The Company
Beautiful location with waterfront views! High quality Restaurant in a coastal location of South Australia. Must be willing to relocate if not already in the area. The ideal candidate will be experienced in a similar environment as a Sous or a very experienced CDP ready to take the next step. Renowned produce to work with.

The Role
The ideal candidate will be experienced in a similar environment as a Sous or a very experienced CDP ready to take the next step. You will be supporting the Head Chef in running the kitchen. As a Sous Chef in this waterfront dining venue you will be a very strong leader and have a great attitude to working with a close team.

Skills & Attributes
* Experience as a Chef in a high quality environment
* Ability take direction from Head Chef and lead lower level Chefs
* Looking for a long term career move
* Confident in a fast paced environment whilst keeping food quality high
* Prefer working in a small seafront community
* Ability to relocate if needed
* Passion for quality food - seafood experience desirable
