Senior Marketing Campaign Manager - Bentleigh East, VIC

Due to amazing growth we are currently looking for a Senior Marketing Campaign Manager. This role will be responsible for executing end-to-end management of marketing campaigns across all channels, ensuring that all activity adheres to timing and messaging requirements.

What does a normal day in the life of a Marketing Campaign Manager look like?

  • Work with the Head of Advertising & Communications to plan a calendar of campaign activity to support brand building initiatives.
  • Assist in the development of campaign briefs.
  • Stay up to date on industry/market trends as well as competitor activity.
  • Use Consumer Insights to identify, develop and drive long-term growth opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with both internal creative teams and external agencies to coordinate and traffic creative approvals on all campaign activity.
  • Ensure all creative material is produced to a high standard and complies with all brand style guidelines.
  • Analyse and report on campaign performance utilising financial metrics, social listening and brand health tracking.
  • Capture opportunities to refine creative assets and processes to optimise results.
  • Share learnings across agencies and broader marketing team.

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in a campaign marketing role within a fast-paced business (retail experience preferable).
  • Must have strong campaign and project management experience, with an ability to manage multiple cross-departmental stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with external agencies to manage the development of integrated brand campaigns across both digital and ATL channels.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to report on effectiveness of campaign activity and ROI.
  • Must be able to work quickly in a high-pressure environment, displaying a high level of agility.
  • A self-starter, who is comfortable driving initiatives and establishing processes where they do not currently exist.
  • Creative thinker who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment
