We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Regional FP&A Manager, APAC Advisory to join our team.

Principle Responsibilities:
Manage the production of key monthly divisional reports.
Ensure knowledge and understanding of monthly results and performance commentary.
Pro-actively drive out improvements to streamline consolidated MI reporting and collation of analytical data.
Manage and oversee the “end to end” Flash, Forecast and budget process.
Develop a strong relationship with the US based FP&A team who manage our server and cubes.
Provide advice and support to geography finance teams in completion of forecasts, flash and budget.
Project manage the annual budget
Project manage system readiness of forecast and flash cubes e.g., overseeing future cube development work and APAC users training.
Review key variance analysis on forecasts and compile Line of Business specific commentary on a monthly basis.
Prepare detailed budget analytics and qualitative commentary to support the Regional Line of Business (“LOB”) Leaders through the budget process.
Lead and be a key point of contact for any strategic changes to FP&A reporting and platform.
Form a close working relationship with regional LOB Leaders for A&T and Capital Markets.
Establish a collaborative environment with the local FP&A teams within APAC.
Pro-actively identify areas of business weakness which require attention and engage/assist the relevant business areas in addressing.
Other ad-hoc tasks such as provide assistance regarding APAC Finance projects and initiatives, etc.

Minimum of 8 years Post Qualified Experience with a strong background in management reporting and FP&A
Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualifications/professionally qualified accountant.
Excel modelling and experience building dashboards in Excel.
Knowledge of internal controls & Sarbanes Oxley controls.
Experience in Cognos TM1 system (essential) and Peoplesoft (preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
