About the role

An opportunity exists for a self-motivated individual, who enjoys variety within a challenging role, to join our team at Fassifern Aged Care Service. You will be the first line of contact for our residents, their families, staff and visitors as you manage a busy reception area. Your strong communication and customer service skills are required when assisting with internal and external enquiries. Your exceptional administrative skills will provide support to both the manager and staff of the facility to ensure systems and processes are well managed.

Your day to day activities will include managing rostering, reception, general administration, and business and financial administration
