  • Self-managed, committed, tech-savvy, enthusiastic and an initiator
  • Analytical, commercially-minded and thrive on solving complex problems and making decisions within tight deadlines
  • Customer driven and determined to deliver better value banking solutions that enrich the lives of our customers
  • Experience in a Credit Assessment role or similar role, with experience in consumer mortgage lending is essential
  • Strong analytical, reasoning and problem resolution skills, with the ability to consider and integrate a broad range of factors in structuring and making decisions
  • Commercially minded and self-managed, with the ability to work within the boundaries of compliance and recommend commercially practical solutions
  • Sound interpersonal, customer service and communication skills, professionalism, diplomacy and an ability to resolve conflict
  • Experience in a commercial lending environment, debt recovery experience and previous relationship management experience in a financial services environment are all desirable
