We have an opportunity for a Receptionist / Administrator to join our team and welcome applications from local, intrastate and interstate applicants who may be looking for a sea change!

Demand for our services is growing and we require another full time experienced Receptionist / Administrator to join our team.

About You....

You are an articulate, friendly, well presented people person who enjoys being the face of our business. Experience in a public accounting practice, whilst not essential, is desirable.

The following attributes and technical skills will help secure this role.

Knowledge and Technical Skills
Current reception / administration experience
Excel, Outlook & Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with the following is desirable

2+ years experience in public practice
Xero Tax and XPM practice management software
Practice Ignition software
ATO Tax Agents Portal
Soft Skills
Friendly, approachable and happy
Analytical thinking
Accuracy and attention to detail
Time management skills
Initiative, self motivated, ability to work autonomously and within a team
Professional presentation and;
Ability to liaise comfortably and clearly with clients and colleagues
What will you be doing?

Collaborating with a great team, you will assist the Practice Manager and Administration team in supporting all areas of the practice.

Answering and redirecting all incoming calls
Assisting clients with administrative and ATO queries
Diary management, scheduling appointments
Collating of tax returns / annual accounts
Preparation of correspondence, scanning and filing
General office duties including mail and banking
