We are currently looking for an Office Manager to run the Financial and Administrative operations in our Brendale factory. We operate from a newly built premises with great facilities and transport links. Our ideal candidate will pride themselves on having the following qualities;

Confidence, Professionalism and Drive
Excellant organisational and time management skills
First rate presentation and an eye for detail
Experiance with XERO, ZOHO CRM and MacOS
Articulate & Creative
Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015
Relevant experiance and appropriate qualifications

The role is varied and often challenging, requiring someone that can think fast and be flexible. Your tasks would include the following;

Work with the company accountant to manage the financial responsabilities of the business (BAS, PAYG, GST, Payroll and Super etc.)
Oversee the Admin Assistant, ensuring Aged Payables and Recievables are managed effectively
Ad Hoc payroll and human resources matters
Preparing weekly financial reporting for the Directors
Budgeting and admin liaison on large projects
Relief cover for Receptionist
Be our Quality Managment Champion and maintain our ISO9001 systems
