Full Job Description
As the Business Training Coordinator you will be responsible for co-designing performance and compliance training packages for the team. You will have a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with a broad range of stakeholders and have the confidence in delivering and building training.

You will also have:
Outstanding organisational and time management abilities.
Competent in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Hold and maintain a current Australian Driver’s Licence.
Comprehensive knowledge of the Disability / Employment Services industry (contractual obligations, guidelines, management, and performance systems).
Commercial acumen to drive quality initiatives.
Highly developed interpersonal skills including an exceptional capacity to manage relationships with tact and diplomacy.
Strong written and verbal communication.
A high degree of flexibility, adaptability and willingness to learn and grow.
Outstanding organisational skills; including the ability to work accurately, with a high attention to detail.

This opportunity is a full-time max term contract until June 30, 2023 with the possibility of extension dependent on DES program extension.
