HYTORC is currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated Growth Sales Manager for our Australia and New Zealand markets.

General Responsibilities and Business Development 

• Overall growth of Australia & New Zealand market.

• Analyze markets and implement sales objectives / forecasting 

• Strategic planning of Australia & New Zealand business

• Assist in finding qualified sales professionals and provide technical training along with sales leadership.

• Manage new and existing sales representatives and channel partners to ensure they are achieving set sales goals, track sales pipeline and revenue forecast 

• Identify new opportunities for products 

• Assist in the communication between headquarters and field sales team (technical updates, training methods)

• Promote our products to new and existing customers

• Partner with executive management to drive product and customer priorities 

• Ensure compliance with all marketing initiatives and brand management.

• Participate in Quotation and Negotiation phases of new projects, bids and tenders

• Position will require, extensive travel within Australia & New Zealand

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven 5 + years of extensive sales management success in Australia & New Zealand 

• MUST HAVE experience within heavy industry (power generation, oil & gas, mining, construction, etc.)

• Experience with sales analytics i.e. performance vs. goals; mange pipelines; KPI etc.

• Experience successfully driving new business

• Great software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Self-driven with the ability to operate without direct authority.
