About the role:

A fantastic permanent full-time role is on offer where we are combining two talents into one role! Join a professional, down to earth and supportive team and be a key player within our HR community. Reporting to our HR Technology Manager you’ll coordinate and manage programs of work within the HR function to execute on our strategy.

Your excellent relationship skills will see you partner with our key HR Leaders and wider business to plan, execute and deliver projects which include managing project streams, resources, timelines, risks and liaising with vendors.

The second part of this role and where your expertise will come in is to administer the Salesforce system for both the HR team (HR Case Tracker) and the business (HR People Portal), regarding design, system enhancements, configuration and upgrades.

We are currently located in our Sydney CBD office, and are undertaking a move to Alexandria mid-August this year so applicants will need to be comfortable with this location, flexible work options on offer!

Key responsibilities:

  • HR Program management: Support leaders in capturing objectives, priorities and design principles for project planning.
  • Evaluate prior and current operationalisation within the business.
  • Provide solutions to bring together system changes, process changes and management and communication.
  • Manage the progress reporting of projects as per business needs.
  • Salesforce: Salesforce Lead for all HR System users and escalation of next level HRIS issues to IT business systems or external vendors.
  • Monitor System performance, data integrity and provide recommendation to enhance capability.
  • Act as the interface between business users and external systems support and work with Vendors for enhancements and business partner with SME’s to drive and deliver business outcomes and initiatives.

About you:

You come to us Tertiary qualified in Human Resources, business or associated discipline and have several years’ experience’ working in a dynamic organisation as a change agent. You have well developed organisational skills, and enjoy problem solving and recognising opportunities for efficiencies.

You are both a team player and enjoy working on your own and have the curiosity and confidence to navigate through ambiguity and different scenarios quickly. Your broad knowledge of HR processes and solid skills in HR project coordination, management and execution will help you succeed in this role. Prior experience in a role where you have gained a solid technical understanding of Salesforce systems will be essential for this role.
