Here’s a snapshot of your day:
  • Attends to client inquiries, requests and concerns and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Conducts inspections on campus facilities including Audio-Visual functionality and meeting rooms
  • Responsible for event management and training planning
  • Drives continuous improvement through workplace optimisation recommendations
  • Completes consumable audits
  • Supports the delivery of planned and reactive works including creation and assigment of work orders
  • Prepares reports, maintain files on open and closed work orders and proposals
  • Other duties may be assigned

Here are some of the strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful;
  • Minimum 3 years' facilities management experience in a corporate environment
  • Broad knowledge in general trade maintenance and management of building works
  • Experience in vendor management and work orders
  • Experience with finance or understanding of budgets will be an advantage
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
  • Client focused approach with the ability to multitask, work independently and adhere to strict deadlines
