Our client is a leading boutique Digital Marketing Agency within Australia. They are currently looking for an experienced Paid Search Manager with 2-5 years minimum experience. You will be the point of contact for all things SEM / PPC, working with clients to achieve amazing results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute paid search strategies on various paid search platforms based on best practice guidelines
  • Coordinating Facebook Ad & Google Ad campaigns from start to finish
  • Sharing your knowledge and supporting the agency to assist business growth and maintain existing paid search clients
  • Analysing and reporting campaign results to identify successes and opportunities for improvement
  • Work closely with clients and the team to develop integrated strategies
  • Keyword research, ad copy writing, budget/bid management and tracking set up
  • Monitor and analyse campaigns to meet revenue goals
  • Applying innovative and advanced search strategies to improve ROI
  • Forecast and create EOM reports
  • Work alongside Business Development to create proposals and strategies for new and existing clients
  • Help evolve, shape and improve the internal SEM / PPC processes and systems
  • Keep ahead of new Search initiatives and product updates and work with the wider team on learnings and opportunities
Skills Required: It is crucial that you are technically competent in the online marketing space, hungry to learn and possess excellent communication and time management skills. It’s essential to your application to have the following:
  • 2-5 years PPC / SEM / Facebook Ads experience, ideally from an agency background
  • Certified in all forms of Google Ads & Analytics
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads Setup & Management (Search, Display, YouTube & Remarketing)
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook & Instagram Ads Set Up & Remarketing
  • An excellent work ethic, problem solving and proficient time management skills and an eagerness to learn new skills including SEO
  • Ability to manage deadlines and deliver against client objectives
  • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing platforms including Google Ads, Google Analytics and Data Studio as well as all social media platforms
  • Strong understanding of Google text and Shopping ads, Merchant Centre, data feed management, Gmail, Display & YouTube advertising
  • A thorough understanding of other Google Marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, SEMRush & Google Data Studio)
