Role Summary:

Consulting roles are exciting and challenging - our customer base ranges across all industries and sizes. Engagements vary in length from days to months to years. To be successful in this role you must present excellent communication skills to work with client stakeholders, client teams and Enablers. - both local and remote. You should expect to engage with various clients from commercial to enterprise and have the ability to switch context and customer easily.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Participating in client workshops, requirement gathering and providing solutions.
  • Preparing and assisting with functional and technical design workshops including the design specifications based on out-of-the-box functionality / customer requirements
  • Contributing and supporting process improvement automation including - Solutions pros/cons and risks management.
  • Implementation and delivery of client solutions, while adhering to ServiceNow technical best practice and standards.
  • Performing as an individual contributor on client engagements or as part of the team while supporting Implementation and taking ownership of tasks and/or project workstreams and guiding junior professionals
  • Hands-on technical delivery (including development, testing and implementation) of cost-effective ServiceNow solutions using a number of technical skills such as HTML, XML, JavaScript/AJAX, Integrations (web services, SOAP, email, MID, etc)
  • Ensuring technical deliverables to customers are complete, consistent, high quality, on time, and deliver valued outcomes

Skills Matrix:

  • 3 years experience across ServiceNow Design and Development within a client-facing role environment
  • Hands-on experience ITSM into ITOM, Project Portfolio Management, HR Management, Field Service Management
  • Requirements gathering, process documentation, solution designs and detailed requirements
  • Proven experience in defining and deploying Continual Service Improvement processes and in identifying solutions
  • Certified implementation consultant across ITSM
  • ServiceNow releases ideally from Kingston to most recent version
  • Waterfall and Agile project methodologies · Proficiency in scripting including JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Angular and REST API integration experience.

Qualifications & Certifications:

  • IT Degree or relevant tertiary education in Computer Science
  • ServiceNow CSA + CIS ITSM
  • ITIL Foundation Certified

Bonus Points:

  • Additional ServiceNow certifications including - ServiceNow Suite Certified
  • Exposure to/general understanding of ServiceNow licensing
