As Sales Effectiveness Specialist you will focus on delivering and supporting operational change initiatives that drive the sales channel and pipeline effectiveness across all the Sales Channels. You will be accountable for delivering all operational communications and change planning. You will be known for the effective delivery of fit for purpose solutions and business improvement activities that are sustainable and provide measurable results across our Front Line.

You can demonstrate critical thinking and influence across a broad stakeholder group and are able to navigate both complexity and ambiguity at pace. You will support the Customer Operations team to develop, deliver and constantly improve our sales effectiveness.

Please note this is a Maximum Term contract position through to December 2021.

A Little Bit About You…

  • A gifted communicator, able to provide the simple on the other side of the complex
  • Innovative, forward-thinking, commercially minded and pragmatic
  • RG206 and all compliance requirements are highly desirable
  • Demonstrated experience within retail financial services ideally with exposure across multiple Sales channels
  • Proven previous experience and results in delivering operational business improvement projects within retail financial services with measurable commercial outcomes
  • Superior prioritisation and organisation skills demonstrated by successfully delivering multiple projects with competing priorities and broad stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills with experience managing multiple communications channels for maximum effect
