JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Territory Manager you will be responsible for providing excellent service, increasing sales and delivering maximum profitability across PPG's Refinish business in the Gold Coast and Northern River QLD region. This is an exciting opportunity for an experience and passionate person who can build and maintain existing relationships as well as growing new business opportunities!

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow PPG's EH&S regulations by adhering to guidelines & procedures for safe work practices & educating customers in the safe use of all PPG products
  • Increase market share by finding opportunities, developing new business & implementing plans to grow PPG's Refinish businesses
  • Co-ordinate and support PPG and Distributors Demonstrator activities and ensure correct application of products while following proper EH&S procedures
  • Arrange and supervise installation of mixing equipment / paint systems
  • Build strong relationships with PPG staff and distribution networks

Qualifications/Skills

  • A proven technical background with knowledge in refinish paint products and application techniques
  • A trade qualification in spray painting and refinish is essential
  • Prior experience in a sales environment will be highly regarded!
  • Excellent customer relations skills with the ability to communicate, negotiate and influence at all levels
  • A high degree of self-management and autonomy
  • A current and valid driver’s license
