We are seeking experienced Hospitality All-Rounders for this busy venue located in remote Northern Territory.

The property features: 20 onsite Cabins, Restaurant / Bar, Tour Operation and has between 15-19 staff living and working onsite.

This is an excellent opportunity and a great way to save!


Commencing: ASAP
Required until Mid Sep / Early Oct

  • Monday-Friday-$25.51 per hour (Additional $2.31 after 7pm)
  • Saturday $30.62 per hour / Sunday $35.72 per hour
  • Accommodation & Meals Provided
  • *May be required to share at times

For the Job

  1. Meet, greet and interact with visitors in courteous and friendly manner, attending to their needs.
  2. Undertake daily cleaning duties, including emptying rubbish bins, disinfecting bins and surfaces, sweeping/mopping/vacuuming floors, cleaning toilets and other necessary tasks
  3. Undertake routine cleaning duties as required, including dusting skirting boards, fans, louvers and shelves, and cleaning ceiling, veranda and other outdoor areas regularly.
  4. Report any maintenance issues that arise
  5. Ensure dining area is kept clean during service, including cleaning up spills, replenishing servery items, clearing and wiping tables and removing dishes
  6. Undertake cleaning duties in kitchen, guest and staff facilities, accommodation, ensuring strict hygiene standards are maintained
  7. Assist with the preparation and service of meals
  8. Monitor and when necessary clean toilet areas in the dining room
  9. Wash dishes in a safe and efficient manner
  10. Ensure guests’ health, safety and wellbeing is maintained at all times
  11. Prepare orders for cleaning consumables and maintain relevant records
  12. Maintain a neat and tidy appearance (uniforms clean and in good repair, neat, and proper OHS approved foot attire).
  13. Assist with general maintenance on vehicles, facilities, tracks and other property as required, within the expertise and qualifications held.
  14. Be proactive and show initiative, ensuring that all tasks and are completed accurately and in a timely and professional manner
  15. Ensure guests’ health, safety and wellbeing is maintained at all times
  16. Undertake other duties as directed by the General Managers

  1. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and guidelines, including workplace health and safety, and proactively contribute in maintaining a safe and clean work environment
  2. Ensure that all clients receive superior service at all times
  3. Help other team members regardless of their role
  4. Display a positive attitude
  5. Demonstrate and maintain high standard of personal presentation and conduct

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous hospitality Experience
  • RSA Certificate
