About the Role?

This role is primarily responsible for supporting our customers and broker teams across all BOQ brands to deliver exceptional customer lending solutions to post settlement enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily allocation of post settlement loan maintenance requests to the broker support team, which are received from customers and broker teams through digital channels
  • Creating management reports and updating Team Boards as required
  • Manage broker support mailbox, subfolders and alignment of tasks for allocation to team members
  • Handling of general enquiries from customers, brokers and internal stakeholders
  • Identify file complexity of all new incoming files and categorize into task divisions, mark up any urgent requests that take priority
  • Engage multiple internal stakeholders access to CEP to deliver on service to brokers and customers
  • Provide support to broker support teams in managing customers/brokers expectations
  • Review, classify and allocate all incoming emails and attachments to ensure files are provided to the correct agents skill set
  • Able to assist in the management and completion of escalations and complaints
  • Maintain LSR register accuracy with detailed information for agent understanding of allocated task
  • Accurately analyse and collect data from registers for team management of tasks for ease of reporting on teams Service Leave Agreements
  • Create allocated file reporting that provide insight into key data points
  • Actively monitoring performance against Service Level Agreements and allocation work accordingly
  • Frist touch for same-day
  • As part of the Solutions team this role with require you collaborate and innovate to delivery improved outcomes, identifying and progressing

About You?

  • Experience in a similar role or home lending experience is essential
  • Strong critical problem solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Well developed analytical skills that allow for the development of data driven reports
  • Excellent communication skills for both verbal and written correspondence
  • Demonstrated customer relationship management skills
  • Strong computer literacy skills in Microsoft applications
  • Strong organisational skills that demand management of multiple tasks, shifting priorities, customer service needs and service level agreements
  • Tier 2
