The role of Social Content Coordinator is to work closely with both the Content Creator and Senior Campaign Manager & Copywriter to support the execution of frank body’s social and communications strategy. This role is primarily responsible for creating on-brand copy for most organic social channels, creating all Instagram stories, and scheduling all organic social content (except TikTok & Pinterest) in line with the marketing calendar. This role will report into the Senior Campaign Manager & Copywriter.


  • Schedule content across all social channels (except TikTok and Pinterest): Instagram, Facebook, Facebook group, Twitter and YouTube, ensuring all content is in line with the frank body tone of voice and wider marketing calendar. Note, the Social Content Strategist will curate feeds and select content.
  • Writing creative copy in frank’s tone of voice in a timely manner for all Instagram stories & in-feed captions for all BAU marketing, with approval from Senior Copywriter (for major campaigns, Senior Copywriter may own this copy).
  • Ensuring timely go-live of all Instagram stories Mon-Fri, including some weekends where required.
  • Product tagging across Instagram posts within 5 minutes of go-live, Monday to Friday, and Sunday evening.
  • Managing Frank Feedback group, including bi-weekly posts to engage the community, responding to all questions/comments daily, brainstorming creative ways to encourage engagement and grow members, and driving group initiatives in line with the marketing calendar.
  • Ownership of all weekly and monthly social reporting. Bringing analytic insights to weekly meetings. Suggesting content based on best-performing posts.
  • Monitoring community management across all social platforms, liaising with the customer service team to ensure community management standards are maintained at all times.
  • Building of all social UTM links, excluding influencer UTM links.
  • Managing ad hoc socially-led competitions, briefing in customer service team of requirements with adequate time to prepare and consideration on the impact on their workload. Ensuring results of these competitions are shared with the wider team and added to relevant reporting.
  • Ad hoc creation of lo-fi content required for social channels under the guidance of the Art Director and/or Digital Marketing Manager & attendance at shoots to get BTS content for social channels.

Please note this role requires a commitment to 30 mins of after hour social work Mon-Fri and Sunday night. Early finish on Friday and later start times will be provided weekly to support this.

What’s the deal?

  • This role will be full time 5 days a week split between our sparkling new office in Cremorne, Melbourne and flexible work from home options.
  • The salary is TBC. Your salary will depend on the expertise and capability you bring.
