JOB DESCRIPTION

We are actively seeking Administrative Assistant / Personal Assistant / Receptionist for several clients located in Perth and its inner suburbs.


KEY DUTIES & TASKS

As an integral part of the team and the first point of contact for the organisation you will:

  • Answer and direct calls in a professional manner
  • Records and database management (document filing, data entry etc.) 
  • Maintain stationery and order supplies
  • Process mail and organise couriers when required
  • Handle adhoc admin and accounts duties as required
  • Process data entry on a daily basis


The above is not an exhaustive list of duties. You will be expected to perform different tasks as required in order to meet overall objectives of the organisation.


ABOUT YOU

Ideal Skills

Have:

  • Proven experience in reception and/or administrative role, preferably within a fast-paced environment 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience with Job Management software (highly regarded)
  • Strong interpersonal skills such as reliability, flexibility and punctuality
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Positive, can do attitude 
  • Good organisational and time management skills 


Ability to: 

  • Work independently as well as in a team
  • Communicate professionally with clients. suppliers and technicians
  • Follow instructions and take initiative where appropriate
  • Learn and implement existing administrative processes effectively
