About the Opportunity

We are looking for motivated and passionate CHEFS to join our teams at one of our remote villages in WA. You will be cooking in bulk for hundreds of residents and visitors, and will assist the kitchen team in preparing and cooking for the various functions that happen at the village during your swing. 


This is a FIFO position departing from Perth.


In return we will pay you a very competitive hourly rate which will be discussed at interview with you. We can offer casual work or permanent opportunities with great financial incentives available.

About You

To be successful, you will have:


  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or trade certificate;
  • experience cooking in bulk for large groups;
  • knowledge of HACCP principles;
  • a focus on quality, attention to detail and presentation;
  • excellent communication and time management skills;
  • experience working a large and diverse team of chefs and kitchenhands;
  • experience working under pressure;
  • a valid WA manual driver’s licence.

Of course successful candidates will need to complete a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen. You’ll also need to provide a National Police Clearance and complete a first aid course prior to commencement. You must be flexible to work day and night shifts.
