Who you are
You are an energetic, experienced and tenacious professional - a true sales hunter, who has a passion for making a difference in the world of wound care and the drive to achieve it. This position is pivotal to Coloplast's success during a period of accelerated sales growth. You will have experience as a hospital sales representative and are comfortable interacting across different clinical environments and at all levels. You have a sound understanding of PHARMAC, DHB procurement and the private hospital network, and while you enjoy working autonomously, you are an active member in a supportive team of like-minded individuals.
Your responsibility
  • Promote and increase knowledge and usage of wound care products and solutions into Hospitals.
  • Manage, develop and grow new and existing customer accounts, including Key Accounts.
  • Build loyal relationships with customers at all levels; Specialists, Nurses, Doctors, Procurement and Key Opinion Leaders.
  • Maintain awareness of all sales opportunities, competitor activity and performance plan.
  • Meet KPIs around activity and objectives.
  • Attend exhibitions and conferences as required.
