We have an opportunity for an experienced and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our award winning People, Performance & Culture team and deliver end to end recruitment services across all Group Business Units.

This role is fast paced and diverse, encompassing more than just your day to day recruitment activities. You’ll manage large volume recruitment drives, strategic, technical and standalone positions and get to work on special projects outside of recruitment. You will challenge thought and promote collaborative decision making to ensure the right person is hired for the role.

This will involve but not be limited to;

  • Providing professional, strategic focused recruitment services to all Group Business Units
  • Managing end to end recruitment activities and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout
  • Engaging with leaders to build positive relationships and understand their teams and needs
  • Accurately manage and maintain all recruitment systems, admin in line with ISO standards
  • Research and adopt best practice recruitment methods and identify ideas to support continuous improvement
  • Positively contributing as a collaborative member of the People, Performance & Culture team.
  • Delivering on People, Performance & Culture strategy

To be successful in this role you will have experience in volume recruitment within agency or internal recruitment. You will be skilled at building lasting relationships, be an advocate for collaboration, a driver of change and new ideas new ideas.

You will also have;

  • Ability to build open, mutually respectful and trusting stakeholder relationships
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to interact proactively with our people leaders and team members at all levels
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and conflicting priorities
  • Proven ability to collaborate and positively contribute to the overall operations
