Full Job Description
This client, a council based in the Inner Suburbs requires a suitably qualfied Records Officer for a short term role to commence asap.

The officer will mainly be assisting with mail opening/sorting, mail registration including scanning, processing of outwards mail including using a mail folding/inserting machine for bulk mailouts and file retrievals/returns.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in the use of EDMS records systems, proven ability to work independently or as part of a team and demonstrated efficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of applications.

A current Victorian Driver's Licence is preferred.
