We are hiring a Client Success Manager to be based in Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for the management, success and growth of a portfolio of enterprise-level clients. Reporting to the Client Partner, you will manage all aspects of the client lifecycle ensuring business results are achieved.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of pymetrics’ enterprise-level clients achieving high client satisfaction, increased adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • Lead clients through the implementation process, owning all aspects of project management & delivery to a high standard. This includes defining client objectives and success criteria, project and resource management, expectation management, project communications, best practice use of pymetrics, change management and demonstrating achievement of client goals and objectives.
  • Develop and demonstrate a deep understanding of your client’s industry, business, competitors, their HR and Talent strategies, challenges and opportunities.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the HR tech industry to facilitate proper competitive positioning and be a credible expert in this space.
  • Drive client specific program improvement and optimization plans to achieve high client satisfaction and ensure the pymetrics program continues to deliver against client expectations.
  • Develop relationships across client organizations to ensure multithreaded connections.
  • Create and execute tailored change management approaches, training and deployment plans to drive usage and adoption of pymetrics
  • Partner with pymetrics’ Data, Analytics and I/O Psychology teams to plan, execute and deliver compelling analysis that showcase the business impact delivered around efficiency, effectiveness, diversity, and engagement/satisfaction.
  • Establish advocacy and adoption by acting as a strategic and trusted business partner with executives, decision-makers and individual contributors throughout the client’s organization
  • Educate stakeholders on best practices
  • Conduct comprehensive business reviews that demonstrate a deep understanding of your client’s goals & results and provide data-backed recommendations that will evolve strategy and maximize success


Requirements

  • BS / BA degree required
  • 5+ years of HR Business Partnering/Recruiting and or Human Capital Management consulting experience and/or prior experience as a Client Success Manager working for a SaaS company with a highly consultative & transformative platform
  • Strong business acumen and ability to act as a strategic, creative and solutions-oriented business partner for enterprise clients
  • Prior experience managing and/or supporting senior level relationships at enterprise clients
  • Track record of success driving consistent revenue growth and proactively providing strategic recommendations across your clients
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Proactive, autonomous and collaborative working style
  • Ability to think strategically & act tactically
  • Experience in human capital management consulting
  • Advanced skills in MS Office applications, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Have a functional, working understanding of Software as a Service deployments and integrations.
