Our Early Career Program

We are offering full-time positions in our Melbourne office to early-career professionals seeking an opportunity to join our firm in either of our two consulting practices – Strategy and Planning; and Regulation and Quality. These opportunities are open to graduates of any discipline with at least a Bachelor degree. More detail on what we are looking for in each of our Practices is in our selection criteria. If you are looking to build a career in Management Consulting, to become an advisor consultant, and you have an interest in focussing on one of the most dynamic and important sectors in the global economy, please consider. We are looking for graduates that have high academic grades, that have enthusiasm and desire to keep learning, and who apply that learning in a fast-paced environment.

Early-career Associates will be aligned to one of our Practices on entry but may work on projects across the firm. The role is a full-time, fixed term appointment of two years, with the opportunity to be considered for a next level continuing position at the end of the period. You will be provided with professional development, mentoring and a wide range of projects to learn on the job. You will work with a senior team of highly experienced professionals and senior-level clients.
