Connectnow (an AGL owned business) is a moving home service. If you’re moving home - Connectnow helps you find suppliers in your area and arrange services all at once. Our team lead the industry for delivering outstanding customer experiences and are proud to represent some of Australia’s iconic Real Estate brands.

Having helped over a million Australians move home over the last 15 years, we are now looking for passionate and talented people to join our growing team.

About The Role

  • Work within the Real Estate industry helping customers move home
  • OTE $75K+ plus super; working with a highly engaged team
  • industry leading contact centre environment and facilities

Not your everyday contact centre role! What makes us different is that our customers want to talk to you, making your interactions a warm experience.

Assisting our customer with a range of moving services from; Electricity, gas, internet, pay tv and home phone service just to name a few.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • We all know how stressful the moving process can be, your job is to illuminate stress and make what is typically very stressful process, seamless and easy.
  • We are a business that promote a growth mindset mentality. As such you will develop a wide set of skills that you will carry with you for life that will assist you in being successful in both this role and in future ones.
  • Of course, as always there are targets, great news is you will not be measured against AHT. We prefer you to be effective in what you do and the leadership team coach/train tirelessly around this so that you are successful.
  • Being a part of the Connectnow family means that there are lots of inter-team and peer-to-peer learnings. Really celebrating and promoting a One Team culture.
About You

What You’ll Bring To The Table

  • A vibrant and energetic personality, driven by your own success and working in a team environment
  • A positive attitude, strong influencing skills and a willingness to learn
  • An ability to provide excellent customer service and build rapport with a diverse range of customers to understand their full needs and help them connect services to their new home
  • Availability to work on a rotational roster between Monday to Friday 8am - 8pm & occasional Saturdays between 8am - 1pm. (Saturdays are paid at overtime rates)
