About the Role

We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join Glen Waverly office and team. In this role you will be the face of 3M. Providing excellent customer service, overseeing the smooth running of everyday tasks, and supporting the Sales team.

If you pride yourself to be a positive team player with immaculate attention to detail, prioritising skills this role is perfect for you!

Duties will include:
Greeting and checking in all visitors to the office
Handling deliveries
Distributing and taking incoming telephone calls
Ad hoc duties
Data entry
Organising office supplies and catering
Setting up meeting rooms

Skills & Experience needed:
Accurate Data entry skills
Immaculate attention to details
Good knowledge of MS Office Suite
Great communication skills (both verbal and written)
Ability to work independently
Confident and self-motivated

It is a 12 months contract position with a possibility for extension.
