Our client is currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated Administration Assistant to join there team in the Control room with daily administrative tasks in South Melbourne.

This role is for an IMMEDIATE START for 1- 2 months - Monday - Friday 9:00am -5:00pm

To be successful in this role you will possess the following:
  • Demonstrated experience in providing administrative support in an office environment
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of products
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service experience
  • High attention to detail
  • Able to work independently
Your duties will include:
  • Logging jobs in Pronto
  • Filing
  • Data entry
  • Answeing phones
  • Email correspondence
