Full Job Description
$48,000 - $55,000 + Super
Work close to home in Bayswater / Kilsyth area
Office hours 9am to 5pm

Our client are manufacturers and suppliers of high quality bedding products.

Offering a full time, permanent position within a stable team, this position will give you variety and responsibility as the face of the business managing the front desk as Receptionist while providing a high level of Customer Service in person and over the phone.

Are you a confident, self motivated professional with strong administration skills and previous experience working in a manufacturing environment?

If so, you will primarily be responsible for managing reception, the distribution of mail and receiving all incoming calls and enquires while also;
  • Providing support to the Accountant;
  • Processing payments / credits and following up debtors,
  • Verifying accuracy of freight invoices,
  • Emailing customer invoices,
  • Banking,
  • Data entry of sales orders,
  • Following up on delivery status for customers,
  • Ordering stationary,
  • Plus other ad-hoc / general administrative tasks.
You must have:
  • A Professional, effective communication skills,
  • A confident, can-do attitude,
  • Attention to detail and be highly organised,
  • Ability to work independently and as a team,
  • Strong computer skills Word and Excel, (PRONTO experience desirable not essential),
  • Moderate negotiation skills speaking with customers, suppliers and your team.
