Full Job Description
  • Permanent FULL TIME ROLE
  • $60Kpa, plus super, plus bonus scheme
  • Port Melbourne location
Working in a proactive close knit team, our client is a successful, international manufacturer of quality writing instruments. Based in Port Melbourne, you will be primarily be responsible for data entry and assisting in the administrative processes of the office.

In this role you will be responsible for:
  • Entering phone, fax and email orders
  • Dealing with customer enquiries
  • Scanning archived documents
  • Reception relief duties.
  • Maintaining cleanliness of office
  • Other duties as required
Do you have:
  • a proven history in data entry/ administration
  • a high attention to detail
  • a professional approach and presentation
  • excellent communication skills
  • Sound computer skills,
  • the ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads
  • the ability to work autonomously and within a team
