The team

The CRM team's purpose is to deliver market leading experiences and generosity through multi channel communications. Reporting to the CRM Manager you will work collaboratively with the wider team of CRM Executives to deliver impactful comms to communicate key value, service and product messages to our engaged customer base.

The role

The CRM Executive will be responsible for bringing customer obsession to life by designing and delivering effective momentum and retention campaigns to our most valuable customers. Duties and responsibilities include:

Retention Strategy; Manage & execute contact strategy to meet business objectives that generates business growth across our most valuable customers

Drive customer momentum and retention across seasonal big events, including; Spring Carnival, Footy Finals and additional key sports & racing.

Performance Management; You will receive support in understanding the drivers for business performance and use this knowledge to optimise our CRM growth and retention activity

Work with our Behavioural Segmentation Team to report on key insights from previous week’s campaign and put a plan in place for the 2 week period ahead.

Multi-channel campaign delivery; Champion the customer at every stage of their journey with us through meaningful campaign segmentation

Deliver a seamless multi-channel experience across a broad digital CRM suite, including email, SMS, push and Sportsbet owned Platforms.

Cross-department communication; Represent the CRM team with weekly check-ins across the business to inform on week ahead plans as well as insights from previous week. Use business insights to optimise CRM growth & retention activity.


Experience in managing multi-channel digital marketing CRM campaigns (desirable)

Experience in designing customer journeys and building campaign workflows using CRM automation tools

A great connector who uses their strong communications skills to build and maintain relationships with both business and technical specialists

Genuine love for customers and finding more ways to meet their expressed and unexpressed needs

A team player who loves to talk and share their thoughts and ideas with the rest of the team
