Full Job Description
At Zendesk, our mission is to ensure every candidate who walks through our (virtual) door leaves with a positive experience. The Recruiting Coordinator is the backbone for the recruiting team, scheduling all interviews and coordinating the details for candidate onsite and virtual visits while we are remote. You will be the main point of contact for interview availability, questions, and scheduling matters. We’re looking for someone who is awesome at multi-tasking and can balance the day-to-day details of scheduling, and will not flinch when interruptions occur and priorities change. This person must be very organised, flexible and patient. They need to be outstanding with target dates, timely responses and problem-solving, all while keeping confidentiality, and keeping candidate experience at the forefront.

Support the APAC Recruiting Team, and the wider International team as needed, by scheduling all onsite interviews and feedback sessions
Assist with headcount tracking
Demonstrate knowledge in our ATS, Workday
Coordinator and maintain recruiting calendars
Greet any candidates for on-site interviews (when we are back in the office)
Keep candidate experience top of mind in everything that you do

Previous experience in a Human Resources, Recruiting or Administrative role preferred
Bachelor’s degree or related experience
Patience, tact, and a smile even in stressful situations
Demonstrated integrity, maturity, professionalism, and sensitivity
Ability to work under stress and in a fast-paced environment, including an ability to meet target dates and juggle several tasks both big and small.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a high attention to detail and a collaborative nature.
Strong mentality for continuous improvement and exceeding internal customer expectations.
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Passion for driving an outstanding candidate experience
Experience working with an ATS (Workday preferred)
