Full Job Description
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Security Manager to join our team at Melbourne Central. The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate significant Security, operational, management & client liaison experience preferably in a high profile/retail setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Working closely with the Guest Services Manager to achieving a high level of client satisfaction
Supervision of security team members with the objective to build a high performing team and where any failure to comply with standards, policies and procedures is identified, reported and resolved in a timely manner.
Liaising with local Law Enforcement Authorities in relation to security issues, as they impact upon the Centre and its surroundings
Management of weekly / monthly KPI’s requested by the Guest Services Manager
Attending incidents & providing assistance/advice to the Guest Services Manager
Managing security team members to ensure a higher performing team
Ensuring cost-effective management of the contract
Acting on any incidents or injuries, near misses, equipment faults, complaints and information security matters
Desired Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role you will need:
