Full Job Description
This client a local council based in the Eastern Suburbs requires a suitably qualified candidate to facilitate and support the achievement of a co-ordinated, integrated and strategic approach to the planning and provision of community facilities, associated infrastructure and local area planning across the organisation.

The role will require extensive Community engagement and Project management to identify functional space requirements and research and analysis of community services demands. There will be a requirement to co-ordinate implementation of Capital Works programs including the co-ordination and preparation of business case proposals and to facilitate liaison with internal stakeholders regarding leases and licences development. There will also be a requirement to provide advice on issues relating to social infrastructure and service requirements and on key community infrastructure priorities and optimum models.

To secure this role you will have a relevant Tertiary qualification and strong Microsoft Office skills along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. GIS experience would be preferred. You will have proven community engagement skills and a current Victorian Driver's licence.
