Experienced Project Coordinator with a HIGH Customer / Client Focus!

Our client, a Tier 2 business is seeking an EXCEPTIONAL PROJECT COORDINATOR with EXPERIENCE in the TELECOMMUICATIONS INDUSTRY to look after and manage Tier1 CLIENTS end to end.

  • Have advanced skills in Excel, reporting and formating?
  • Demonstrated planning, analytical and problem solving skills and an understanding of critical path method scheduling?
  • Ability to work in a high pressure environment, being outcome focused?
  • Possess a High attention to detail, accuracy in data entry?
You will be responsible for;
  • Providing a high level of service to both internal staff and external customers,
  • Co-ordinating and communicating with field staff assisting in scheduling work, project related enquiries and meeting deadlines.
  • Following-up with Project staff on progress and milestone objctives / target dates,
  • Collation of paperwork/information/provision of inventory for field staff,
  • Receiving completed construction packs from field crews, updating schedule, copying files to As Built directory, reporting variations in works,
  • Reconciling works complete against schedule - daily, reporting weekly and monthly,
  • Preparing construction notices - LAAN's, Network Outages, cable plant record requests and updates, power connection applications and exemptions,
  • Preparing completion packs for Progressive Records Updates,
  • Project filing, printing,
  • Scanning and electronic filing,
  • Mail and courier preparation and receiving,
  • Attending project meetings, taking minutes, preparing and issuing actions, tracking and recording / reporting progress,
