Full Job Description
Our reputable client a global manufacturing company based in Altona is looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer for an immediate start.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager you will be responsible for the following;
  • Receive and process orders and samples using the system SAP for sale of products
  • Manage back orders and exceptions
  • Display excellent customer service skills building strong relationships with clients/customers and being highly proactive meeting tight deadlines
  • Handle all customer complaints displaying strong resolution skills and making sure all enquiries are responded in a timely manner
  • Manage the consignment process
  • Liaise with the teams Account Managers, Business Directors, Supply Chain and other internal Staff to highlight and resolve differences and mange exceptions
  • As advised specific reporting on orders, targets and KPI's set by the Customer Service Manager and Business unit
  • General ad-hoc administration duties
The suitable candidate for this role must possess the following;
  • Be highly professional and personable with strong relationship building skills
  • Proven experience within a Customer Service position
  • Strong systems experience with SAP and Microsoft Packages
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines as assigned
  • Quick to think on your feet and must have excellent accuracy and attention to detail
