JOB DESCRIPTION

Full Job Description
One of Australia's largest suppliers of LPG is looking for Customer Service staff to join their small team on a long term casual basis in their 24/7 National Call Centre. Rostered shifts will include morning, evening, weekend, day and night shifts.

You will be required to answer inbound calls, including emergency calls from Australia wide, customer queries including order status and delivery enquiries and contractor/ subcontractor queries and updates. Hours offered per week will be between 12-18, but up to 30 hours in peak periods (winter months).

To be successful, you will have solid MS Office skills and experience working with CRM's and databases. You will be a quick learner, have excellent customer service and problem solving skills and enjoy working in a busy, varied environment. Being resilient and remaining calm will be critical.

This is a role that would suit someone who is seeking a balance in life maybe around university or family commitments.

On offer is excellent, above award hourly rate of $38+ per hour.

If successful, a pre-employment medical (Drugs and Alcohol) will be required to be conducted.
