Full Job Description
Our client is currently seeking a pro-active Administrative Assistant to join their team on a 6 month contract with further opportunities available.

The successful candidate will provide a high level of administrative support to the managers and the clients.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Administrative support to managers, staff and clients
  • General office management & clerical work
  • Health, safety, environment and quality maintenance and coordination
  • Data entry and record management
  • Preparation of documents, correspondence and presentations
Skills and Experience:
  • Demonstrated experience in similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Published and Powerpoint
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • Client services, coordination and scheduling experience (highly regarded)
